Free Workout At Republic Square Park

Get in a great workout while surrounded by the beautiful views of Downtown Austin! Swift Fit Events is at Republic Square Park every Wednesday with a workout class.

This mostly bodyweight boot camp will be unlike any workout you’ve ever experienced. Danielle (aka Coach Gert) uses her love for bodyweight movements, speed, agility, and primal play to bring you a one-of-a-kind experience that focuses on building strength, power, speed, and mobility, all while having the time of your life. Classes are free and open to the public with ticket registration.
